Diane stuck with us through our very long house-hunting process and was cheerful, patient, and encouraging the whole time. She was also resourceful and helpful, giving us information about prospective towns/areas and helping us find people to come out to the house for a second opinion and estimate on issues found during the inspection. She worked hard to make sure that everything ran smoothly between all the people involved in the transaction. We were selling my late Mothers-in-Law home and don't live in the state. Not only did Diane quickly put the home on the market, but her strategy also brought about one half dozen offers within the first week the house was on the market. Following her advice, we ended up selling the house for a price far in excess of what we believed to be its market value. We interviewed a number of competing agents, it was clear to us that she had the best understanding of the market and was the most creative individual we had met. Without our having to ask, Diane helped us to manage the house and resolve a number of problems, saving us the need to drive from out of state. She even volunteered to pack up a number of small items left in the house on the day of closing and ship them to us. One evening she decided to go out of her way ad drive by the house to check on it. She called to let us know that one of the lights we had been leaving on was not functioning. She asked if we wanted her to go into the house and check on the problem. Diane went back to the house and bought a new light bulb to replace the one that had burned out. To say she went beyond the usual role of a real estate salesperson is a major understatement. In addition, as I have mentioned, she was able to obtain an excellent signed in under ten days. Without any reservation, if I ever have a need for a real estate salesperson in her sales area she will be my agent.
