I had met Diane Stone at 2 open houses and found her friendly and knowledgeable. At that time I wasn't ready to work with a broker, but when she sent me a letter in the mail sometime later, it was perfect timing. We hit the spring market hard and figured out pretty quickly what we wanted. We had to increase our price range and made 5-6 offers on different houses.
